| Q: |
How long will the lawsuit take?
|
| A: |
It is difficult to predict how long any case will take. The Florida Supreme Court has published guidelines for civil cases which establish a standard of not more than 18 months from filing of the lawsuit to completion. Unfortunately, these standards are often overlooked in complex cases. |
